Yes. Multi-branch management is available on the Business plan, and on Enterprise, which also supports separate setup for each branch.

Yes. MAXIFORTE Attend includes shift and rota management, so you can create schedules, assign staff and publish shifts. Shift Swap is available from the Pro plan.

Yes. Employees can submit leave requests, Work From Home requests and off-day requests. Shift Swap requests are available where Shift Swap is included, from the Pro plan.

Yes. Managers and HR can review and approve employee requests and attendance-related exceptions.

MAXIFORTE Attend includes daily attendance summaries and workforce reports, with reporting features available across the subscription plans.

Plans start at roughly ₦10,000 a month on Starter, ₦20,000 on Growth, ₦35,000 on Pro and ₦80,000 on Business, but the minimum billing period is 3 months. For 3 months, Starter is ₦30,000, Growth ₦60,000, Pro ₦105,000 and Business ₦240,000. Billing for 6 months saves 10%: Starter ₦54,000, Growth ₦108,000, Pro ₦189,000, Business ₦432,000. Billing for 12 months saves 20%: Starter ₦96,000, Growth ₦192,000, Pro ₦336,000, Business ₦768,000. Enterprise pricing is custom. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown.

Every plan includes GPS clock-in, selfie verification, location (geofence) verification, attendance history, and rota and shift management. Staff limits are 10 on Starter, 25 on Growth, 50 on Pro and 100 on Business, and Enterprise is custom with unlimited staff. Shift Swap is included from Pro. Multi-branch management is included on Business and Enterprise, and hardware integration is available on Enterprise only.

Yes. Starter, Growth and Pro each come with a 14-day free trial, and no card is required to start. You don't have to wait for the trial to end, and can pay and subscribe straight away. Business needs payment before you get access, and Enterprise is custom, so contact us for that one.
