How we handle your information.

This notice explains, in plain language, what the MAXIFORTE website collects and why. It covers this website only. MAXIFORTE Attend and our other products are separate services. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

Information you send us

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: company name, contact person, email address, phone number (optional), business type (optional), preferred contact method (optional), areas of interest, and the descriptions you write about your operational challenge and current workflow.

The enquiry is delivered to our team by email through an email delivery provider. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website.

To prevent abuse of the contact form, your IP address may be processed temporarily when you submit it. It is not used to build a persistent visitor profile, and we do not store it as part of your enquiry.

How we use it

We use contact-form information to read your enquiry, reply to you, and discuss how MAXIFORTE may help your business. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the website is used and how fast it loads. These tools collect aggregate usage information such as pages viewed, the website or campaign a visit came from, country, device and browser type, and performance measurements. We use this to improve the website and to understand which pages and links people find useful.

We also record when visitors click key links (such as Book a Demo, Start Free Trial, WhatsApp, or email) and when the contact form is started or submitted. These counts do not include what you type into the form.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are services of Meta. To measure whether those ads lead to enquiries, our websites (maxiforte.com and attend.maxiforte.com) use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta. When you visit, it sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device details, and whether you clicked WhatsApp, requested a demo, or sent the contact form. It does not receive what you type into the form. The pixel may set cookies in your browser so that Meta can recognise your browser between visits.

Meta uses this information under its own privacy policy, including to measure our ads and to show you more relevant ads. You can change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, block the pixel with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, or email hello@maxiforte.com with questions. The websites work normally if the pixel is blocked.

Where your visit came from

While you browse, the website keeps a short note in your browser's session storage: the campaign details in the link you arrived from (if any), the website you came from, and the first and most recent pages you viewed on our site. It is removed when you close the tab. If you send an enquiry, this note is included with it so we can see how you found us. We do not use cookies or a persistent visitor identifier for this note. The Meta Pixel described above is separate.

Questions about your information

If you want to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@maxiforte.com.
